What Causes Sickness, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain And Spot On Chest?
Hello...i got a boyfriend from UK and he travel here in Philippines and after 3 days from vacation here..his been sick..he got high fever,vomiting and got a red rose spot on his chest but not so may and at the same time he got also headaches and stomach pain...his been on a Doctor and do some test on him like blood samples but until now they got nothing to say or giving him some antibiotics..its been 8 days already from the start of his illness..thank you.................................................................................................................................

As per my clinical experience, the history of travelling to Philippines with fever, vomiting, stomach pain and spot on chest favor most likely diagnosis of Enteric fever. The enteric fever is food or water borne infection with Salmonella Typhi bacteria most likely. It is best recommended to get a complete hemogram and serum Widal test (tube as well as slide method) for best diagnosis and cure accordingly. By the time, if your reports are available with you, kindly share with me during follow up period of discussion.
