General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The issue sounds to be related to post cholecystectomy syndrome via alteration in the biliary drainage mechanics.

An evaluation with ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis is the primary requisite at this point to move further for definite plan of management.

Till that time, dietary precautions with PPI and probiotics will help to certain extent for sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
