What Causes Significant Ligamentum Flavum Laxity And Facet Arthropathy?

My neck is fused from C5 to C7 from ostioarthirtis and an old injury. That was 10 yrs ago. No at C3-C4, there is a central disc protrusion w/ no significant foraminal or central stenosis. C4-C5 has the same thing from degenerative disc disease. C7-T1 has significant ligamentum flavum laxity and facet arthropathy but no significant foraminal or central stenois. What is a good source for visual references related to my condition? Thanks, Scott
