What Causes Sinus Drainage With White Patches On Tongue And Stomach?

I've had bad sinus drainage for about a week and a bad dry cough that has been keeping me up at night. I felt much better this morning but now I feel real sick at my stomach and my tongue has white patches on it. My drainage even seems to be better today.

Regarding your query for your sinus issue which is giving contineous post nasal drip and ultimately your stomach had upset and there is coating over your tongue. All above are the symptoms usually found in chronic sinusitis patients because of associated dyspepsia.

My suggesstion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination and necessary investigation to plan for treatment.
