What Causes Sinus Headache And Slightly Swollen Gland Under Left Jaw?

I have tingling like reaction to sour lemon and a slightly swollen gland under my left jaw. I notice it goes away or I do not notice it as much when I discontinue my prescription nasal spray, Flounase. It is only on the left side. The gland is about the size of a dime (little smaller) and is tender to the touch. I also have watery eyes and post nasal drip. It s been bothering me for about 4 weeks. I also have tooth pain in my upper jaw when I get sinus headache. No fever but fatigue and general I ll feeling most of the time.

Welcome to Health care Magic

These symptoms indicate infections like sinusitis and requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
