Hello. I wake up every morning with what i believe is a sinus or allergy headache. I ve been taking advil sinus allergy meds every day but want to stop. Can drinking more water help alleviate the headache or the dry sinuses? I do sleep with a fan on at night as well and it is not a humidifier. I don t really have any other symptoms other than occasional sneezing and a runny nose but mostly just the headache. it does not go away unless i intervene with advil or a pain reliever.
