I m 25 I have been sleeping a lot for about 2 weeks.. then got a sinus cold a bit of a sore throat nothing more than a headache too. Slept mostly that week. Then yesterday I cooked dinner and got light headed didn t eat (haven t ate a lot these last few weeks) I laid down and woke up to what felt like heart burn tried to turn my body to a position to help me burp..then decided to get up and get medicine. .soon as I sat up I threw up 9 times. My body got instantly freezing cold and very weak to the touch. I took a hot bath.. went back to sleep..threw up in my sleep once. Went back to sleep woke up at 5 am and felt the same heart burn feeling for 30 minutes went to use the restroom and threw up 8 more times. The weakness and cold chills went away. I was hot and physically weak. No hunger. It s been 11 hours and I haven t thrown up but I have napped twice. With each nap I feel better. I ve been drinking water and Gatorade because of my loss of appetite. And I failed to mention being light headed while doing things has been occurring since the beginning. And the sinus cold only lasted 3 or 4 days.
