What Causes Sinusitis Along With Stomach Upset?

Hi I have been getting sinus infections for years once a month aloong with stomach upset. My doctor wants me to take allergy shots. I don t have sneezing watery eys. I have sinus area soreness, headache, flem, and stomach issues. Do you think shots will help.
