What Causes Skin Breakouts Despite Keeping Body Hydrated?
My kidneys have felt bruised the past few days. Is it dehydration or over hydration? I do drink 8 + cans of coors light daily- along with water. Noticed it after drinking more water than usual for a recent break out of my skin. Over working my kidneys -- or dehydrated. Kidney infection? ( although no pain urinating/ smell/ fever---Confused!!
Water that is contaminated with metals and chlorine, weakens the immune system of body, which may cause skin problems also. Contaminants can also interfere with natural oils of body and causing skin to be dry and also break out of skin. Also, hard water contains minerals and can also cause build up of soap residue. This can clog body pores, through which body releases its natural oil.
Clogged pores can lead to dry skin and thus break outs of skin. As you do not seem to have any kidney related symptom as well as not having any problem in urine, therefore all your symptoms of skin seem to be related to quality of water. Still, if your problem is not resolved ,you are advised to see your doctor for any other etiology and treatment accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
