What Causes Skin Chafing On Penis And Testicle?
yes you can. I have an unusual chaffing of the skin that seems to happen about once a month on the head of my penis and my testicles. I will use baby powder to keep that area dry and when this happens I use lotion to help with the skin chaffing. Not sure what this could be beings it is in such an unusual area.
