It does not seems to be anything serious and you need not to worry about it..
You can simply wait and watch and in case of it resolves its fine..
Of it does not resolve, increase in size or become painful condition a Dermatologist and get evaluated..
He can advise you treatment depending upon the cause..

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have skin colored bump on bottom lip . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like canker sores , cold sore , acne , fordyce Spots , contact dermatitis , sunburn and skin tags . I would suggest you to avoid any cosmetic product on your face , take bendryl twice a day , apply petroleum jelly or broad spectrum bli balm with SPF 15 on lip to prevent it from sun damage and keep away from dust . If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist . Doctor may examine physically . Doctor may prescribe antibacterial , anti viral along with corticosteroid ointment , anti allergic and anti inflammatory .
