Understand your concern.
I think it is infections or hygiene problem /
circumcision inclusion cyst.
You should consult the doctor for exact diagnosis.
Note the cause of lump in penis:
1. Hygiene problem
2. Balanitis: Thrush,
psoriasis, skin sensitivity or allergy to a product used on the penis (such as soap or lubrication)
4. Fungal infection: in warm environment.
5. STD is most common in sexually active men. It occur at any age.
Following are the STDs disease
Syphilis,
Gonorrhoea, Herpes, Human papiloma virus
6. Contact dermatitis
For diagnosis you have to
consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
After diagnosis you can treatment according to this.
Till that time you can take single dose treatment of following drug:
AZEE 1000 mg
TINI 1 G
ZOCON 150 mg
2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene after sex
5. If not resolved, do screening test for all above disease.
6. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
7. Use formulated penis vitamin formula
8. Apply anti fungal
clotrimazole plus
hydrocortisone cream if severe or not resolved.
