What Causes Skin Cuts On The Penis?

I am experiencing problem with my penis. Before, I can masturbate everytime I want but now, after I do it, I get cuts in around my penis. I stopped masturbating for few weeks thrn when I do it again, still I get cuts in my penis easily. I also notice some yeast-like thing around it. When sperm comes out, it gives me pain around the penis. I am worried. What should I do?

nothing should happen like that. it is due to old injury get it locally examined by doctor. can apply candid ointment externally and maintain cleanliness and hygine
