What Causes Skin Discolouration And Burning Sensation On Lower Right Abdomen?
Hello doctor, i am having a burning sensation at the right side of my lower abdomen, which sometimes come up to my stomach and even to d left side but it is majorly at the right hand side. Before the burning sensation started, i had dislocation on the right side of my waist while pushing a truck of water which has been disturbing me since then. I m 26 yrs old.

Burning sensation in the lower right abdomen is commonly due to appendicitis, liver disease, cholecystitis or acute pancreatitis etc. Skin discoloration is indicative of some blunt trauma, internal injury, illness or inflammatory problems, etc. You can apply Thrombophob gel in the area affected for relieve.
You are suggested to visit a GP, get clinically examined, get all required blood, imaging tests, urinalysis done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. Your treatment will depend on your clinical condition and the reports of the investigations obtained. In the meantime, you can take antacids and PPI's for relief. Avoid addictions if any. Take home made boiled food. Avoid eating raw food.
