Hiya, I'm Shal, I have got a 4year old whose skin gets very dry around his elbow, knee n bum area. I was told to use cotaryl cream but now it is no more available in my country. He also gets rashes once in a while on his bum area mainly n they look like little circles of white but slightly elevated pimples.Please help me or send me an email on YYYY@YYYY . Thank u for ur help
