Hi, From the history and symptoms, you seem to be suffering from scabies, which is a mite infection. Hmite soap and cream are anti-parasitic and these should work in scabies. Tablets, you have not named specifically, may also be anti-parasitic or anti-allergic for itching etc. Usually, these are very effective against the disease. However, if any other member of family or near contact, is also having symptoms, then they should be treated simultaneously otherwise, recurrence by contact is a clear possibility. Take care.
