What Causes Skin Infection On Surgical Site Post Aorta Femoral Bypass Surgery?
My mother had aorta-femoral bypass to avoid amputation. After surgery she is experiencing skin infection and acute pain when i touch her. Skin appears like it is burned I am assuming that this is infection. Can you please explain to me what is recommended solution to this problem

Yes, it's infection, they have to take smear from site and do culture and AST report can tell which antibiotics to be given. Consult with your physician.
