Detailed answer - As per your query you have cauliflower like spots on face which is mainly seborrheic keratosis a type of skin growth which looks like wart. It occurs because of excessive dryness at times due to excessive sun exposure.
Need not to worry about it as it is harmless and nor dangerous as such and gets resolved its own. If its really troubling you visit dermatologist once. Go for biopsy to rule out any malignant lesion.
Cryosurgery and electrocautery are best treatment options to remove this growth with the help of liquid nitrogen. Laser therapy is another treatment option which is very effective and painless.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
