Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain skin paleness and difficulty in mouth opening in a tobacco chewer can be due to a condition known as Oral
Submucous Fibrosis [OSMF]..
In this condition there is formation of thick fibrous bands under the mucosa of the inner cheeks and inner lips as well as there can be reduced mouth opening and thinning of mucosa and blanching which is a pale appearrence..
It is a
precancerous condition [but not cancer] and care shoud be taken to prevent it from developing it into cancer..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or Oral surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evalution can be diagnostic.
In case of OSMF he can advise you topical application of a steroid and hyluronidase..
Antioxidants like
Lycopene can also be taken orally..
Intra lesional injections of
steroids and hyluronidase that are given directly over the fibres can help..
Mouth opening exercises can be demonstrated like blowing the cheeks, trying to open mouth under limit of
pain tolerance can help..
But complete cessation of tobacco intake is a must..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
