i have a problem on my penis the skin just under the head is peeling and i am scared that it could be serous is it.

Thanks for the query
Probably you have developed fungal infection of penis.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
You can try this.
