What Causes Skin Rash All Over The Body?

Two days ago i starting getting a skin rash over my entire body. I have never had sensitive skin before but it seems to lay mildly dormant until I am introduced to any heat. Then my pack chest arms and back I legs feel like I rolled around in a bed if fiber glass. Extremely itchy. My skin has maintained an over all redness since this came on. I ve never had this before, will it likely resolve on it s own? I did eat a very spicy dinner the night before this began, but then why 3 days later would it still be here.

Hello,

I can understand your concern for the rash all over your body with various varied sensation over the skin. After analyzing the condition with best diligence I can make out a possibility of contact dermatitis to either a contact allergen coming in contact or with some new clothes.
I suggest you to kindly check anything new before starting of this itching. Wear cotton clothes and stay away from heat and humidity as well as from extreme of weather. For the part of itching I suggest my patients to take an antihistamine tablet containing cetrizine or laratadine.
