What Causes Skin Rashes And Chesty Cough Upon Change In Formula Milk?

My baby had nan formular for the whole year it was expensive for me l changed her to lactogen she just started to have skin rash and a bad cough that starts after drinking a bottle ,she has chest mucus that l notice after a bottle,, she is 1 year 3 now ,,,,should l go back to nan or or must l start nido
