General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I have read your query & understand your concern.
The rash on inner side of both thighs during pregnancy is due to increased bulk of thighs.. leading to more sweating, & heat as both the thighs touch .. This causes fungal infection.. which is very common in pregnancy.
It can be managed well by using skin ointment with topical steroid/ anti fungal dusting powder.
- Prevention of sweating by using cotton undergarments/ taking frequent washes to clear sweat & yoga exercises ( for pregnancy ) to get rid of excess mass of thighs.
thanks.
I find this answer helpful
