Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pregnancy calls for all sorts of hormonal upheavals which can sometimes manifest into skin eruptions too. I would suggest you get the rash reviewed by the concerned doctor for thorough evaluation and guidance. In the interim you could apply a moisturizer and use a mild hypoallergic moisturizing soap as a body wash.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
