You seem to be suffering from one of the following probable skin conditions:
1) Allergic contact dermatitis
2) Atopic eczema
3) Irritant contact dermatitis

Drug hypersensitivity reactions
Treatment includes the following:
1) Antihistamines like tab.
Benadryl.
2)
Hydrocortisone skin cream to be applied on the rash.
3) Calamine lotion to be applied on the reddened areas for cooling effect.
4) Moisturizer like petroleum jelly can also be used.
5) If the rash doesn't come down with the above measures, oral
corticosteroids may be necessary.
