What Causes Skin Sensitivity And Bruise On Right Side Of Head?

Hi, the top of my head on the right side feels very tender! I have real short hair, when I barely touch against the hair on the right side it feels very sensitive as though I m bruised, which I know I m not. Please explain what s going on, it s been like this for a few weeks! Thank you!!
