What Causes Skin Sensitivity And Peeling?

I haven t been diagnosed, but I have all of the typical symptoms of a sinus infection and/or bronchitis; now, what I m stricken by is my sudden sensitivity to touch. It feels like layers of my skin are being peeled off. I don t have health insurance, and am starting to become worried by my symptoms and sensitivity.Help?
