What Causes Skin Tags On Inner Labia?

My girlfriend noticed small, flesh coloured what appear to be skin tags on her inner labia. there are 2 of them right next to eachother, and she has no irritation and is not bugged by them whatsoever. I don t think it is an std, as we are our first sexual partners and neither of us had any prior infections. Im just asking for an expert opinion on what seems to just be vulvular skin tags.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history your girlfriend may be having either warts or papilloma.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid unprotected sexual intercourse till perfect diagnosis is reached to avoid cross-infection.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it to avoid infection.
3. Treatment options are cryotherapy, chemical cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.

It is advisable to consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.

Thanks.
