What Causes Skin Tightening Followed By Bleeding Lacerations On Fingers?

Yes, i stated with the middle finger feeling ike rough skin nd then it tighten up and finally the skin broke and i bled as in a paper cut...then the same think started happening on the same finger bu on my right hand.What could this be and why in the middle fingers in both hands only?

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
