What Causes Skipped Heart Beat And Breathlessness While Having Hole In The Heart?

Hi.. I m 33 and I was born with a hole in my heart, asthma and bronc. I ve never been able to run or fast pace things but lately I have just been laying down or sitting and my heart beat will skip or flutter! Shortness in breath and a long period of tightness. I dont have the $ to see a Dr. As I had my 3rd child I did find out I had a leaky valve! Can someone shed some light on this? Tia Kerry
