What Causes Skipped Heart Beats And Breathing Difficulty?

I had to have a heart pacer ..it was put in June of 2017 because my heart was always going out of rhythm..the last month I can feel my heart way out of rhythm slow beats..skipps a beat to seems like up to 3 beats..I tire very easily and my breathing when I do something seems to get me out of breath easily..I also want to let you know I can feel the pacer when it sends a signal or whatever it is ....iam a female 55 years old

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
It's definitely a heart problem...you should check your pace maker... probably there may be need for changing the battery.
