What Causes Skipped Heart Beats?
Hi, so I was sitting down and my heart rate slowed down a fair amount and was beating really hard. It felt like my heart skipped a beat, no pain but it felt like how it normally would if you re heart skipped a beat. Just wondering what would randomly do that. It only lasted thirty seconds then went right back to normal.

Here your condition doesn't look serious, it might be ectopic beat and there might not be any pathological condition....
Your work up should be done as follow...
-Auscultation
-Blood pressure measurement
-EKG
If no cause found than no need for worry
Consult cardiologist for examination
If specific cause found than treated accordingly
