Went to ER the 3rd night it happened and all tests were negative. Had a CBC fasting test for a day later so had done and then a followup from the ER visit. Blood work was fine. My doctor seems to thing the problem is sleep apnea. Any thoughts?

The first treatment is to loss weight, then you can use other treatment options like CPAP machine, surgery for the tonsils (tonsillectomy), according to the cause.
