Read your prob, nextio forte is a antidepressant drug which also act as sedative. why are you taking it. insomnia is common after its withdrawan. if you want to stop it you should start tab alprazolam after advising your doc. this is not habit forming drug.

you must not stop it yourself
better to consult doctor and he will change the drug
it is psychiatric medicine and you must continue it for long time
as it affect sleep ,nature ,behavior etc
