What Causes Sleepiness Along With Profuse Sweating?

I was driving home - about an hour s drive - and had to fight falling asleep, but slept well last night. As soon as I came into my house I had to lie down on the sofa and began sweating profusely! I stood up after an hour and a half and my clothes were soaking wet. I just ate a small piece of candy and am drinking a ginger ale and feel normal again.

For such symptoms without any preexisting illness in my patients I usually advise for a general chrck up with a routine fasting sugar and other vitals.
Such symptoms if repeated definitely need a investigation and consult.
mean while please take care of a timely diet,rest and lot of fluids.
