General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Over sleep at her age and given the fact that she has an infectious process going on(boil) may be normal. It is not a reason to discontinue her treatment. Flucloxacillin is a good molecule to which germs responsible for boil respond.I will suggest the following:
-Continue with flucloxacillin
-Add an anti-inflammatory pain drug like ibuprofen
-Drain the pus or see a professional to do so and do regular wound dressing
-Let her rest well and eat well.
Hope my answer will help
Regards
