What Causes Sleeping Difficulty, Body Aches, Heavy Menstrual Bleeding And Fatigue?

I have always had trouble sleeping,pains in all my body,heavy bleeding on menstrual, extremely fatigued and aggravated, I have swelling in my lymphnoids, and throat pain. I was tested and got back an abnormal thyroid scan. I have been in chemotherapy for 7 years @ m.d. anderson cancer center. my encologist have not even spoken about results. What type of dr. treats this
