What Causes Sleeping Difficulty With Knotting Up Muscles?
Age 52, 5 9 , 145 lbs....I have been struggling with sleep for approx. 5 years and i tend to have muscles that knot up easily. A week ago the right half of my foot started feeling numb and it is still that way. This morning i woke up and my fingers on my right hand felt the same way. Read some not so great possibilities. Any thoughts? Thanks but i will look into with my physician
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having low calcium or vitamin D level producing this type of problem. This is common with having osteomalacia. Rule out possibility of having vitamin B12 deficiency as well. Take calcium and vitamin D supplements. Go for light morning exercises daily for about 25-30 minutes. Ok and take care.
