i have been sleeping alot lately like for instance yesterday routine was i fell asleep at like 3-4am in the morning and didnt wake up until 5:30pm but when i woke up i felt sleepy still and ended up falling asleep again at 7pm and the same happened when i woke up at 9pm and then fell asleep again at 10pm and woke up at 12:30am this then leading to me not going to sleep until 3-4am again. This has only been happening for the last week and its making me tired all the time.
As narrated by you change in your sleep habits is present since 1 week only. I regular sleeping habits leads to such issues. Other reasons could be use of substances like alcohol, nicotine, excessive screen time that is watching more of TV or laptop or mobile, exposure to stress etc. By making some lifestyle changes it can be regularised. That is regular exercise, limiting screentime, good diet, reducing caffeine intake, avoiding day time sleep.
If the above changes does not help then you need to contact doctor for further evaluation.
Hoping your fast recovery.
