What Causes Sleeping Problem During Pregnancy After Stopping Medication For Depression/anxiety?

I am 18 years old, female, 5 months pregnant with a history of depression and anxiety. I don t want to take medication because of my pregnancy, but my depression and anxiety have escalated. I am having trouble sleeping at night, and i cant stop crying. Before, I used to have to sqeeze the tips of my fingers randomly whenever I felt anxious, it was a really intense need of me to do. I have recently had that same feeling with my entire left arm and back,. What is happening to me?

Hello,

Yes, your problems of depression and anxiety can aggravate in pregnancy. Do yoga that will help you to calm down. You can take anti-anxiety drugs at low dose. Before that consult your psychiatrist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
