What Causes Sleeplessness And Difficulty In Breathing?

Hi Doc. , My name is Sunil ,From last 1 year I m having problem in sleeping , sometime I could not sleep up to 3-4 days continually and now day by day it is going worse , after observing for a long time I felt that i m having breathing problem while sleeping which interupt my sleep . I think I have to go for septoplasty as 3 years back while my medical check up one of the doctor had told me about the deviation in my nostril . I m working in Africa , but I want get it treated in Mumbai as basically I m from there , Can I have the current cost for the same and other details like total & period for the treatment and recovery . Thanks
