Hello, I m 18 years old and I have been having a really hard time getting on a good sleep schedule. For about 3 or 4 months now I am unable to go to sleep until 2 or 3 am and I ll wake up at 9:30 am by alarm... I feel like it s getting out of hand and some days I can t get out of bed, because I m exhausted during the day. I need help with what I can do to get to bed earlier.
