What Causes Sleeplessness, Dizziness And Headache?
I am 61 years old. I have high blood pressure, cholestrol problem n ear problem (a blocked ear). Recently I v been experiencing giddiness when I lie down to sleep no matter what direction. My sleep gets interrupted n I lie in bed feeling dizzy, nauseous n ahammering headache. These problems came one at a time a few months ago. Like having a headache when I get up. Feeling dizzy when I go to sleep or bend down. Nauseous when I get up. I bring out sour phlegm. Now all appear at the same time. Very distressing. Pl reply. Thanks
