What Causes Sleeplessness Having High Blood Pressure And Cholesterol?
my father used to take sleeping pills but his dr. took them away from him. he reall cant sleep at night i witness his troubles. normalyy everynight he has a shot of vodka two tall cans of beer and some nyquil is this a problem/?should i bring to anyone attention? plus he has high blood pressure high cholestorol...fyi

Dear friend,high blood pressure and high cholesterol causes headache that can be behind your father's sleeplessness.also that amound of alcohol in blood has an addon effect on headache.then withdrawal of sleeping pill has made the thing worse for him as he has become habituated with certain pill but currently not getting it,leading him to a insomnia state.
