General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Anxiety and stress can gives the symptoms like you mentioned. Some medical students get that. Avoid coffee or cigarettes if you are taking it. Have sleep hygiene. Don't study in bed. Go to bed only for sleeping. Switch off light and keep phone silent while sleeping. Sit relaxed and take deep breaths. Do this a couple of times daily. At least 6 hours sleep is necessary to get normal concentration in studies. If above measures are not helping then get a counselling with Psychologist. A short course of anxiolytics might be helpful also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
