What Causes Slight Bleeding And Abdominal Discomfort After Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

I have a question about sex. My boyfriend fingered me 5 days ago, and it was a bit rough. Afterwards I felt a burning sensation and when I went to the restroom there was some dark blood on my underwear. This dark brown/black blood has been appearing in small amount every day since then with small bits of tissue that looks similar to when my uterus sheds but this is an almost black color. I m having discomfort in my uterus area somewhat similar to menstrual cramping, but my period isn t due until another 11 days or so.

Fingering is the manual (genital) stimulation of the clitoris or other parts of the vulva, the vagina or the anus for the purpose of sexual arousal and other sexual stimulation. It may constitute the entire sexual encounter or it may be part of mutual masturbation, foreplay or other sexual activities. To "finger oneself is to masturbate in this manner. It is analogous to a handjob, the manual stimulation of the penis. These sexual activities may provide sexual pleasure, whether or not used as non-penetrative or penetrative sexual activity.
Vaginal fingering is legally and medically called digital penetration of the vagina, and may involve one or more fingers.

The practice is generally considered "safe sex" as long as the hands are protected with latex gloves. The nails should be trimmed and filed; long, sharp or jagged nails can cause cuts, injury, or severe infection. If there are cuts, infections, or open wounds on the fingers extreme protection and care is necessary. If finger cots are used they may slip off and remain inside the receptive partner. The hands should be thoroughly washed with soap and warm water before practicing any other activity to avoid spreading bacteria or germs. In stimulating vagina, gloves are to be used for each to avoid contamination.
Hymen is a tissue which is present around the vaginal opening and in turn has an opening in it, which allows the menstrual fluid to pass out of the body. The hymen has been long associated with virginity, as it usually ruptures or breaks during sexual intercourse. The term losing one’s virginity is also referred to as ‘cherry popped’ in slang. There are however various conditions where the hymen might break without sex.
It is quite normal to have spotting following sexual activity. It is possible you still had your hymen intact and there has been some breaking of it, resulting in the spotting. I would not be alarmed. Also, sexual enjoyment is something that takes time to learn and when you are in a caring relationship, being considerate of each other is an essential ingredient.
