General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Your symptoms suggest urethritis (inflammation of urethral miatus (friction/itching injury or STD) or bladder infection. This would be evident in urine examination. Other more possible cause is small stone in ureter terminal end or bladder / ureteric stone can be diagnosed by specific salts / casts in urine while microscopic examination or USG scanning of pelvis. You have to consult a physician/kidney specialist for specific diagnosis and treatment. Till then take tab Cystone 2 with plenty of water.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
