What Causes Slight Bleeding In Between The Menstrual Cycle?
Hello well basically at the end of July I came on my period and that was fine and lasted it s normal time, then around the second week of August it happened again but lasted one day then last night there was blood when I wiped but this morning there is nothing there? I don t know what is happening(also there is no way I could be pregnant)
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Bleeding in between menstrual cycles is called as 'inter-menstrual' bleeding. The most common cause for this is hormonal imbalance between estrogen and progesterone. Also it could be due to infections, fibroids or uterine polyps. You can wait for some time and see if it normalizes. In case it occurs in the same cycle again or keeps happening in subsequent cycles, you need to consult Gynecologist for proper evaluation and management Hope the information provided would be useful. Wish you all the best.
