What Causes Slight Bloating, Not Able To Keep The Food Down?

My stomach is not functioning normally ...Food causes me to go to the toilet ... not immediately but more than I have in the past ...There is no pain ... there is some bloting ... I have not been drinking alcohol because I imagined it was causing the problems ... it does not appear to the cause ...

Bloting of stomach problem may cause because of more fatty food consuption.

Fast eating and improper chewing may cause abdominal bloting.

Stress and smoking may aggravate a condition.

Lactose intolerance may cause abdominal bloting after eating dairy product.

Long time history of abdominal bloting and stool consistency change that may be because of irritable bowel syndrome.

Intestinal infection may cause abdominal bloting problem. ..

For abdominsl bloting problem take simethicone drug for gas relief.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks, turnips, broccoli. ...etc

Drink more water per day.
Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Avoid stress.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than do a abdominal ultra sonography for further diagnosis.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
