What Causes Slight Brown Vaginal Discharge And Cramping During Pregnancy?

Hi, I went to the ER today because I had a slight brown discharge and I'm 5 weeks pregnant and they told me I might be having a miscarriage. More than likely I am, and they said I had a uti. The discharge stopped and now I have pretty bad cramps on my right side and back and the front part of my right thigh hurts really bad. What could this be from? I'm so scared about it.

Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion brown discharge with cramps abd back ache mostly suggests miscarriage.But it can be confirmed by ultrasound.Take rest.Avoid physical strain.Dont worry.
